Information We Collect

If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.  Any information you provide is considered Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Infinite IT will use all commercially available efforts to securely store and encrypt your data whether it is being stored or transmitted (data in motion or data at rest), to ensure maximum protection.

When you register for an Account, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name, company name, address, email address, and telephone number.

How We Use Your Information

We keep personal information no longer than 10 years from your last interaction with us, unless otherwise required by law, as a way to maintain ongoing customer support and historical accuracy.

Third-Party Software Providers and Processors

Infinite IT does work with third-party software as a service (SaaS) providers that may store your personally identifiable information.  Infinite IT will notify you should any of these third-party SaaS providers change in the future.  You acknowledge that the use of third-party SaaS providers is essential to operate Infinite IT's business to support you, the Customer, and consent for Infinite IT to store your data in these SaaS platforms for data processing needs.  All information saved on SaaS platforms, including personally identifiable details, is securely encrypted whether it is being stored or transmitted, ensuring maximum protection.  Should you require full disclosure of which SaaS providers are hosting your data, please complete the form on our Contact Us page to request this information.

Log Files

Infinite IT follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. This is an acceptable practice and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Like any other website, Infinite IT uses ‘cookies’. These cookies are used to store information including visitors’ preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive recurring SMS messages from Infinite IT Solutions for service updates, appointment reminders, and technical support notifications. Message frequency will vary depending on your service needs. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Infinite IT Solutions unless you re-subscribe by sending START.
