Customer and Supplier Payment Options

Infinite IT accepts payments in many different ways to accommodate our different customer preferences.  If you do not see your preferred payment method below, contact your account manager or our finance team to discuss your needs.

If you are sending funds outside of Canada and wish to send via ACH, EFT or Wire, payment instructions can be found here:


INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS


You MUST send payment instructions to billing@8it.ca once you have set up your payment. Failure to advise how to apply payment will result in payments not being applied to your account.  Late fees and interest will apply if you fail to provide payment advice.

If you are a Canadian organization and have an invoice that you would like to pay, you can log into our customer portal and pay your invoices online. We accept electronic cheques, ACH, Interac Email Money Transfer (billing@8it.ca) and most credit cards.

This option is only available to Canadian customers with a Canadian dollar invoice. If your invoice is in USD, you cannot use this method. Please see international payment option

Infinite IT accepts cheques from a major Canadian or US bank.  Your cheque must specify the invoices or reason for payment.

Cheques are NOT recommended for payment.  Due to the increased volume of cheque fraud, we strongly urge all customers and suppliers to avoid using cheques.
