    With a 30‑year career spanning finance, administration, compliance, and operational management, Nicole brings a rare combination of financial rigor, organizational mastery, and business intuition. Her background includes senior administrative leadership roles in banking (including 10 years at BMO Nesbitt Burns as a Compliance Officer), investment management, compliance, and technology — including more than a decade overseeing full administrative operations at a major IT services company, where she managed everything from AP/AR to HR, payroll, purchasing, invoicing, compliance, and large‑scale integration through corporate acquisition by an $800M company.

    Today, she oversees Infinite IT’s entire financial and administrative engine:

      • bookkeeping and financial reporting
      • corporate taxation
      • invoicing and collections
      • accounts payable and receivable
      • payroll and compensation workflows
      • expense management
      • operational administration
      • compliance documentation related to finance

    Nicole leads a strong finance team with steadiness and clarity, ensuring Infinite IT remains financially responsible, audit‑ready, and structurally sound as the company continues to scale across Canada, the U.S., and beyond.

    Nicole is also a certified professional bookkeeper, a QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, and a ConnectWise Administrator —an unusual mix of financial precision and technical fluency that gives her a deep understanding of how technology‑driven organizations really function.

    Outside the office, Nicole is all heart. She’s a proud parent, an enthusiastic supporter of her kids’ activities, and a devoted dog‑lover who treats her beloved Teddy like a furry coworker. When she’s not balancing the company’s books, she’s balancing real life, often with a camera in one hand and a glass of wine in the other.
