As CEO, Joe leads Infinite IT with a blend of sharp strategic vision, relentless standards, and a healthy dose of humour that keeps the team grounded even on the wildest days. He is a champion of operational excellence, a believer in radical clarity, and a driving force behind Infinite IT’s evolution from traditional MSP to a Managed Intelligence Provider.  Under his leadership, Infinite IT has evolved into a company that doesn’t just support technology, but helps organizations think smarter, act faster, and grow stronger.

Joe’s impact extends well beyond Infinite IT.

He has been an Advisory Board member for The Channel Company XChange since 2019, serving as Vice‑Chair from 2020–2024, and has long been an advocate for elevating professionalism, accountability, and humanity within the IT channel. He even co‑hosted the industry‑loved IT4Whiskey (IT4.tv) podcast, helping create space for candid conversations, community connection, and shared learning among MSP leaders.

His leadership philosophy is simple:

It’s a mindset shaped by three decades of lived experience, countless late nights, an industry that never slows down, and a deep sense of responsibility for the people who trust Infinite IT with their businesses.  On most days, he is usually the first one in the office and the last one to leave.

Joe is also the Co‑Founder of MSP Well (MSPwell.com), a nonprofit supporting the mental and emotional well‑being of MSP and cybersecurity professionals. After years of seeing firsthand the pressure MSP teams face, Joe became a vocal advocate for the people behind the protection—ensuring that those who safeguard organizations are not overlooked, undervalued, or left behind.  MSP Well's objectives are clear: promote mental wellness and eliminate mental health stigma. IT professionals know all too well how high the pressure and stress of working in IT, and Joe is no stranger to it. Through his journey of mental wellness, he decided to share what he has learned and co-built the largest mental wellness organization in the IT industry.

As a CEO, Joe is equal parts strategist and storyteller, realist and optimist, technician and trailblazer. He knows when to be serious, when to be blunt, and when a perfectly timed joke can reset an entire room. Under his leadership, Infinite IT continues to scale internationally, strengthen its intelligence‑driven service division, and redefine what a modern technology partner should deliver for customers.

Outside of work, Joe is the proud father of three incredible daughters, spends summer mastering the art of BBQ, and is often found deep into his latest Audible obsession, which is usually something about leadership, human behaviour, or the things nobody notices but shape everything.
